As with all of our racks — we use only Furniture Grade Plywood finished with Oil Based Finishes. 

Each rack is totally assembled then disassembled and boxed in a re-shippable carton. (We even include glue for permanent installation, if desired )

The revolving model runs on a 400 # test Super Duty Bearing mounted between the 2 bases (the same type bearing we use on our Revolving Long Gun Racks—for stability & endurance.
